Mateco to open pick-up depot

Germany-based Mateco will open a new depot in Stuttgart on 4 August.

The ‘transfer station’ is located at Stuttgart’s harbour, on the grounds of Scholpp Crane & Transport.

The facility will provide a pick-up point for truck and trailer mounted platforms for its customers and is complemented by the existing pick-up facility in the central Neckar region.

Mateco has 30 locations nationwide, with the company’s headquarters and one of its offices located in Stuttgart.

The company has more than 5000 units in its rental fleet, consisting of some 700 different models. Working heights range from 4.9 to 90 m working height, with outreach up to 41 m and lifting capacities up to 1400 kg.
