Barnhart opens Long Beach office

Barnhart Crane & Rigging has opened a western region office and local branch in Long Beach, California, USA.

The Long Beach branch will serve as an operations centre for the company's work in the Western US, as well as a project service office for the southern California area.

"Barnhart has performed work in California for years. Now, with a permanent physical presence in California a new chapter for Barnhart begins. Barnhart will be able to better serve our clients and provide the safe and reliable service they expect and demand," says Jim Harris, vice president western region.

Harris brings 39 years industry experience, including executive roles with Hake Rigging Company on the east coast, and with Brinderson in California.

Barnhart Crane & Rigging, established in 1969, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, USA is a leading national supplier of heavy lifting and transportation solutions. The company, with 23 locations across the USA, also provides logistics, machinery moving and plant relocations.
