The European Demolition Association (EDA) has launched a special survey to find out the impact of Covid-19 on demolition companies.

The survey, which has been translated into several European languages, comprises five questions and the EDA says it takes less than one minute to complete.

Through the survey, the association aims to get an overall perspective at both European and national levels on how the Coronavirus pandemic has affected the industry.

In addition, the results will provide information and quantitative data to take certain decisions and communicate this information to public authorities.

The survey will be open for the rest of the week, the short timescale being due to the fact that the situation in some countries varies a lot every 15 days, and the answers in mid-May could be very different from those in early June.

Once the data is collected, the EDA said it will prepare a report on the demolition industry in Europe.
