Italian rental firm Baiocco has purchased a DAJ332 Forste and a DA324 from manufacturer Socage, adding to two previous platform fleet additions from the manufacturer in 2012.

The two Socage platforms will increase the portfolio of the company and help it to expand its presence in the market, it said. The double articulated models allow them to negotiate to overcome obstacles with a 90° angle.

The Forste DAJ332 includes a jib and is installed on a 7.5 tonne truck. The model is able to perform vertical movements from -90° to +15°. It has a 32 m working height with SWL of 280 kg and a maximum outreach of 19 m.

The DA324 has a working height of 24 m and maximum outreach of 11 m and is mounted on 3.5 tonne trucks. It has a safe working load of 225 kg.

Baiocco was originally established in 2003 as a small refurbishing and renovations outfit.
