Radio remote control system manufacturer NBB has appointed Pierre Augstein to its board of directors.

Augstein will manage the company with longstanding managing director Thomas Burchard. His brief is to further strengthen the company’s market position by focusing on the development and expansion of business areas and pushing innovative solutions, the company said.

Before NBB Augstein worked in the automotive and electronics industries. He brings his expertise in electronics development and production to the new role.

NBB was started in 1977 and is a leading manufacturer of digital safety radio controls which are sold around the world.
