With MCS E-Sign, documents can be signed at the click of a button

This is intended to help people working remotely due to social distancing measures. They may not have access to printers and scanners, and it can be difficult to get paper-based quotes and contracts signed by hand.

Guy van der Knaap, Managing Director of MCS, said, “We recognised that MCS E-Sign could be really beneficial to our customers and help them to continue doing business efficiently with their clients whilst establishing legally binding agreements.

“Working from home is a very different environment for many and could create added barriers, hindering our customers from doing business. We hope offering our E-Sign solution for free will help our customers through this unprecedented time.”

MCS E-Sign enables users to send documents that can be signed at the click of a button, without the need for paper.

All signed documents are stored electronically and securely in the cloud, to the European ETSI PAdES standard, and are linked directly to the contract in the company’s MCS rental management solution.
