Klubb acquires Hematec

Klubb Group has acquired Hematec Arbeitsbühnen, the company’s distributor in Germany since 2022.
This move further solidifies its position European, said the company, and builds on its expansion strategy including recent the recent acquisitions of CPL in the UK and Isoli in Italy.
Hematec, which is well established in Germany and Austria with five locations, 40 employees and an annual turnover of €23 million, now enhances Klubb’s footprint and allows the France-based company to directly enter the German market.
Julien Bourrellis, CEO of Klubb Group, said, “The acquisition of Hematec presents a significant opportunity for Klubb Group. The company has a strong foothold in Germany and Austria, boasting a strong reputation developed since its inception in 1999.”
The deal will see Dinolift continue and extend the partnership it has with Hematec as its distributor in the German and Austrian markets. Karin Godenhielm, Managing Director and Owner of Dinolift, added, “We have a strong foundation to continue our positive development in the German market together with Hematec and Klubb Group. Klubb said it is committed to preserving Hematec’s autonomy, allowing it to operate under its own name and identity and core businesses. All existing jobs will be maintained, and the management teams will remain unchanged to ensure to continuity of operations, said Klubb.
Andreas Hänel, CEO and Founder of Hematec, who will stay on as Managing Director, said, “Hematec has experienced consistent growth since its establishment in 1999, achieving a record-breaking year in 2023.
