The BigRoll Bering is now part of RollDock’s fleet

As a result, the four MC-class heavy transport vessels that were built for the joint venture are being divided between the two companies. The Barentsz and Baffin will go to BigLift’s fleet, while the Bering and Beaufort will go to RollDock’s fleet.

The Finnish Swedish 1A Ice Class MC Class vessels are specifically designed for the marine transportation of major modules and equipment for large energy projects and have lareg, flush decks.

Any ongoing BigRoll Shipping contracts and tenders will still be honoured, with the two companies working together on these projects.
