UK distributor APS (Access Platform Sales) has appointed Stuart Parker as parts manager.

Mr Parker was previously parts controller at Genie Industries he is now working to transform the parts department at APS. By streamlining processes, reorganising the warehouse and increasing stock holding of parts Mr Parker has been able to improve the efficiency, reduce the costs and build on the already established level of customer service provided by the department.

APS now carries a substantial quantity of stock for most major manufacturers including Genie, Niftylift, Skyjack, Hinowa, Omme, JLG and the Boss X-Series for which they can guarantee next day delivery to most destinations within the UK and Europe.

The expansion of the parts department coincides with APS being appointed as one of Genie's new super dealers for the direct supply of their aluminium products, stocks of which are also held for immediate dispatch.
