Skyjack and Snorkel were other fast growers, while Haulotte's performance – number four in overall sales and the fifth fastest growing – was impressive for having been achieved without the benefit of large volume sales to the major US rental companies.

New entrants to the top 20 were Canadian mast climber manufacturers Fraco (ranked 18) and Hydro Mobile (20), while just outside the list were Geda (ranked 21), Worldlift Industries (22), Goian (23) and MEC Aerial Work Platforms (25). See feature on page 31.
