Doka awarded Mumbai tower project

Austrian manufacturer Doka has been awarded a contract to supply formwork for the construction of the 300 m high Minerva Tower in Mumbai, India.
The super-highrise building will comprise of a 12-storey parking podium and two 82-storey residential towers.
For the core walls, Doka will supply automatic climbing formwork SKE50 and SKE100. To speed up construction, each core will be split into two individual working zones.
Construction is underway and is expected to complete in 2014.
