Institute honours David Sinclair

The Institute of Demolition Engineers (IDE) has presented David Sinclair with the award of Honorary Fellow.

The ceremony took place at Drapers Hall in the City of London, with IDE president David Darsey making the presentation.

In its citation of David Sinclair, the IDE said he “is a well know demolition industry veteran who has international experience in all aspects of the demolition and dismantling of buildings and structures.”

David is a honorary life vice president of both the European Demolition Association and the United Kingdom’s National Federation of Demolition Contractors.

He is currently retained as technical director and subject matter expert at the decommissioning and demolition department of the USA-based corporation Envirocon.
