Bryan Freeman is the new co-owner and sales director for UK-based Star Platforms, responsible for all aspects of sales and business development.

Mr Freeman brings to Star 30 years experience in the access industry. He was a founder of Complete Tool Boxes and entered into powered access with Panther Platform Rentals in 2001. Following the sale of Panther to Lavendon he then held sales/account director roles at Nationwide Platforms until earlier this year.

Star’s managing director Steve Simmons said, "Having worked closely with Bryan for the past 13 years I know he'll be a great asset to the business and to our customers."

Mr Freeman added, "Star’s aim is simply to offer a personal, first-class hire service to every client, big or small and I am delighted to be involved with a company that places such emphasis on the customer.”

Star Platforms recently launched with an initial fleet of 80 self-propelled platforms based near Luton, predominantly serving London and the Home Counties.
