Construction equipment manufacturer Yanmar has launched its SV series of excavators for the gardening and landscaping sector.

The range includes the SV26, which the company described as its first product designed and built entirely in Europe, as well as the SV 16, 18 and 22 models.

Yanmar, which has its European manufacturing base in Saint-Dizier in the north east of France and its sales office near Reims, launched the short tail excavators to combine outstanding fuel performance and low fuel consumption.

The company also said the excavators are versatile and easy to transport between sites.

Meanwhile, for transporting construction material, Yanmar has launched the C08 mini carrier.

This has a low width and a net load of up to 800 kg in the standard model, and a maximum tilting height of 1,500 mm in the high lift version.
