Skyking, the aerial platform division of King Highway Products in the UK, has become UK and Ireland dealer for Belgium's Sky-High, mounting its lightweight platforms onto small trucks, pick-ups or 4-wheel drive vehicles. Pictured at the recent SED show is the 120MC mounted on a Isuzu Rodeo, offering a 12 m working height, 6 m outreach and 215 kg cage capacity. The boom can also be fitted to a Land Rover or Santana 4x4. A smaller 1100MC version, with 10.5 m working height and 215 kg capacity, is also available. Jim Longstaff, Skyking's general manager, said the new range complemented its existing GSR and Wumag ranges, and was “specifically aimed at the growing self-drive market where customers are looking for cost effective, easy to operate and maintain products that are versatile enough to meet a wide range of access needs.”
