UK mobile crane rental company Ainscough Crane Hire has been given Key Worker status for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) assets, including National Grid, Network Rail, Cadent Gas, and United Utilities.

The company issued an update outlining its operating activity during the coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic. It said it is operating normally and following the instructions released by the Construction Leadership Council and that it will implement the direction given in the Site Operating Procedures document https://bit.ly/2R4jjJW, saying these align with the latest guidance from Public Health England.

A programme has been implemented “to monitor changes and ensure that all of our teams are safe.” The company said it had also provided guidance for customers, employees, and suppliers on managing the risks of coronavirus.
