Tower crane and hoist rental firm Morrow Equipment orders 36 Alimak construction hoists

Upgraded hoists from Alimak Hek.

US tower crane rental specialist Morrow Equipment has ordered 36 construction hoists from supplier Alimak.

Peter Juhren, Morrow Equipment president, said, “We know Alimak is the leader in technology and quality, and we are pleased to grow this relationship further.

“Backed by Morrow’s world class engineering, service, and strategically based parts system, we can continue to offer our customers the best equipment, serviced by the best people in the business as we expand our fleet”.

David Batson, head of business area construction equipment at Alimak Group, said, “Despite continued challenging market conditions due to Covid-19, we are excited to announce this order from Morrow for construction hoists based on our tried and tested technology to drive sustainability, efficiency and enhance productivity across the construction industry”.

Morrow, which provides tower cranes and hoists to the North American construction industry, made the order as part of its growth strategy. The deal, which also includes additional hoist accessories, will expand Morrow’s Alimak branded equipment fleet.
