The GT104 tracked screen is one of three new Global Track range machines that is a good fit with entry-level contractors’ requirements

Astec used its annual National Dealer Conference in September to introduce a number of new pieces of equipment to its network of authorised dealerships, company launched a number of new and improved pieces of equipment, including the 2056 Vanguard jaw crusher, GT104 track-mounted screening plant, GT205 track-mounted multi-frequency screening plant, 6204QF screen, portable K300/6203CC crushing and screening plant, SuperStacker with improved Wizard Touch automation system and Track Tugger, a portable hopper feeder, FT4250 with tow-behind conveyor and the GT125 track-mounted jaw crusher.

The company also launched its new S-Series parts line, a competitively-priced brand of cone liners and jaw dies developed by its foundry experts that specialise in metallurgy and manufacturing engineering.

Three of the new products join Astec’s Global Track product range. According to the company, the GT104 tracked screen is a good fit for entry-level contractors looking for a compact, productive and easy to use unit and the GT125 Vanguard jaw crusher is a new-generation machine offering energy savings, reduced cost of operation and improved reliability. The third, the new track-mounted GT205 multi-frequency screen features KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens’ multi-frequency screen design that blends the technology of conventional incline and high frequency screens to create a tool that the company says increases fines separation.
