Australian auction nears

Huntingdale Cranes will hold an Australian crane auction on Thursday (5 August 2010).

Some 50 crane will be included in the auction based in Clayton, Victoria. They will include a wide range of pick-and-carry cranes, mainly manufactured by Franna.

There will also be some all terrains, including the largest machine on sale, a 300 tonne capacity 2001 Liebherr LTM 1300-6.1. The second biggest crane is a 200 tonne capacity 2008 Liebherr LTM 1200-5.1 all terrain.

Truck cranes will also be available to bidders, mainly from Tadano, with the newest being a 55 tonne capacity 2008 Tadano GT-550EX-1-00102. Tadano and Kobelco rough terrain crane will be at the auction too.

As well as cranes, transport equipment features on the auction list. This includes three prime movers, the newest being a 2008 Volvo FM440 6x4 machine. There is also a DAF 75.260 8x4 cab chassis truck with mounted Fassi F170A loader crane.

In addition there will be seven drop deck and flat top trailers.
