Senior figures at Barin celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary

Italian manufacturer Barin celebrated its 50th anniversary last month with a gathering of 200 people, including staff, customers, suppliers, local authorities and friends.

To mark its anniversary, Barin has established a mechanical engineering scholarship programme with the University of Padua, which will also offer students the chance work closely with Barin for their degree thesis.

Established in 1963 by Italo and Giovanni Barin, Barin is today considered one of the world leaders in the design and construction of bridge inspection units.

“For me, 50 years of company life represents a goal, but it does not stop here. We go ahead inventing things every day,” said Italo Barin.
