Preliminary results from Bilfinger Berger show its sales rose +12% to a record € 7,94 billion last year. Its order intake rose +33% to € 10 billion and its backlog at the end of the year was up +25% to € 8,75 billion. Net profit for 2006 was € 92 million, a +39% increase on 2005.

Bilfinger Berger expects revenues and profits to grow further in 2007. It also says it will continue to pursue strategic objectives of growing its services business, investing in more concession projects and improving the profitability of its construction businesses.
