The Black Phoenix Group (BPG), a private investment firm dedicated to investing in American businesses, has officially acquired PACCAR Winch, a leading manufacturer of industrial winches, hoists, and drive systems. The acquisition from PACCAR was finalized on October 31, 2024, with undisclosed financial terms.

PACCAR Winch produces a range of products under its reputable BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brands. This acquisition aligns with BPG’s growth strategy, marking a significant expansion of its industrial holdings. PACCAR Winch will maintain its current management team and continue business operations as usual under BPG’s ownership.
