Arnold has over 23 years of experience in the crane and rigging industry. In his career, he has been fortunate to work his way from a rigger to holding management roles for well-known companies in the industry, the company said.

In this role, he will oversee the business unit operations, the day-to-day rentals, coordinate between the various departments, work on opportunities for growth and work closely with the president of BOSS.

“We are thrilled to have Jamie be a part of the team at BOSS,” said Richard Miller, president, BOSS. “Jamie’s knowledge of the crane, rigging and on-site services industry will be instrumental in helping to expand our company. In addition, the BOSS business divisions under his leadership will continue to be successful.”

Arnold added, “Even though BOSS has been around for a few years, I know there is room for more growth and expansion. I’m excited for the opportunity to make our footprint bigger whether it be through acquisitions or grassroots growth.”

Arnold has been married to his wife, Karli, for 21 years. They have one son, Landon, who is 15 years old. Their family is excited to live in the Longview, TX area.
