Indonesia: Cemex has completed the US$ 337 million sale of its 24.9% stake in Semen Gresik, Indonesia's largest cement producer, to the Rajawali Group, a large Indonesian investment company. Cemex had tried for five years to fully acquire the company but was blocked by the Indonesian Government's refusal to sell its majority stake in the company.
