Got work to do in confined spaces? The Bobcat S100 skid steer might just be the answer, with its compact dimensions and light weight.

The S100's operating weight, complete with bucket, is just 1,800 kg (3,960 lb) and it offers a rated capacity of 453 kg (997 lb) and a tipping load of 907 kg (1,995 lb). In terms of dimensions, the new machine is 1.88 m (6.17 ft) high, 2.26 m (7.42 ft) long without attachment and 1.18 m (3.87 ft) wide over the tyres. The S100 can thus be easily transported on a trailer or small truck from site to site.

Power comes from a 33.5 hp (25kW) Kubota 4-cylinder 1505 Stage 3a/Tier III compliant diesel. High engine power and hydraulic flow results in fast cycle times and productivity, says Bobcat - 50 litres/min auxiliary hydraulic flow provides sufficient power to operate more than 30 different attachments, fitting the machine for a wide range of applications.

The S100 comes with a new full comfort cab, and feature state-of-the-art electronic controls and instrumentation that, says Bobcat, provide the operator with a new level of diagnostic capability and control.
