Compact Rent adds Fuel Proof bowserwashers to fleet

Netherlands rental company Compact Rent is to start selling and renting bowserwashers manufactured by UK company Fuel Proof.

Compact Rent is based in Beneden Leeuwen, west of Nijmegen, and rents a wide range of construction of equipment from 12 locations in the Netherlands. The company will also start to rent and sell some other Fuel Proof products, such as its fuel tanks.

The rental company is buying the bowsers and tanks from Fuel Proof’s European sales agent, Eurogate International, and is likely to take on other Eurogate products, including augurs from General equipment Co and Kroll heaters. Eurogate is owned by Pieter Jansen.

The high pressure washer has a 1140 litre polyethylene tank, Honda petrol engine, and a 200 bar pump giving a flow rate of 15 litres/minute. The washer has a 20 m long high pressure hose on the reel.

Eurogate has partnered with Hestocon to undertake EU-homologation for the Fuel Proof trailers, with the trailers certified by KIWA/Vlarem and the tanks by TÜV.

Fuel Proof, based in Heysham, Lancashire, UK, manufactures a wide range of bunded fuel tanks, diesel bowsers and contaianerised fuel tanks. It also rents tanks inn the UK.
