Sébastien Desreumaux named CEO of Uperio Group

Effective October 1, Sebastien Desreumaux is the new CEO of Uperio Group.

Sébastien Desreumaux has been named CEO of Uperio Group, succeeding President and Founder Philippe Cohet, who will continue to serve as a member of the company’s supervisory board. 

“I would like to warmly thank Philippe Cohet for his support during this smooth transition and assure the Uperio team in Europe and North America of my determination and full commitment to accelerate our leading market position in the tower crane industry,” Desreumaux said.

For the past year, Desreumaux has served as Uperio Group Deputy CEO.

The UPERIO Group is a provider of tower crane solutions, offering tower crane sales, rental and related services as well as manufacturing its own line of Arcomet self-erecting tower cranes and the Opti crane for contractors, roofers and carpenters.

Created from the merger of Matebat in France and Arcomet in Belgium, Uperio has facilities in nine different countries employing over 600 people and operating a fleet of more than 2,200 tower cranes. Uperio has 25 depots located around the world.
