Situated in southern Indianapolis just a mile from downtown, AirWorx moved into its new offices when acquiring Greater Diversified Supply in 2004.

In addition to AirWorx's office space at this facility, there are two other divisions of the company. SupplyWorx is a retail house that stocks drywall related tools, fasteners, brad nailers, paint, safety gear and accessories, as well as miscellaneous hardware. “My original plot was someday to get in to smaller equipment and we would have called that ToolWorx. But instead, we got in the supply business and we call that SupplyWorx. It's like a one stop shop.”

He says last year SupplyWorx started offering pneumatic nails for framers, which has proven to be very lucrative. Kagy says he's amazed by what the company can make in a month by selling staples, nails, brads and other fasteners.

The company also runs RepairWorx, a servicing and maintenance shop for equipment owners. The servicing area, which sits on the east side of the company's 50,000 square feet lot, is fully capable of servicing “anything with an engine.” There are 15 technicians to service equipment all day. RepairWorx also offers discounted rental rates while the equipment is being serviced
