EDA publishes industry report for 2016

07 November 2016

Following the success of the European Demolition Industry Report 2015, the European Demolition Association (EDA) has published the 2016 edition.

The association says the book “contains new developments but keeps the same aim of getting solid data and statistics about this industry”.

It has been produced with the support of Construction Products Europe, the European Builders Confederation and the European Construction Industry Federation.

Copies can be ordered through the library on the association’s website.

The Statistics Working Group of EDA, lead by Andreas Pocha, general manager of the Deutscher Abbruchverband (German Demolition Association), prepared the report - which contains almost 400 pages - through two surveys translated into 13 languages.

The report includes detailed information about trends of the demolition industry, forecasts and data on how contractors view a number of topics relating to their daily operations.

All responses to the questions have been treated as anonymous.
