ERA releases Convention videos

The European Rental Association (ERA) has released five videos relating to its latest Convention, held in May.

The Convention, which took place at the RAI Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 2 to 4 May, was centred on the theme of securing young talent for the future.

Daniel Walzer, HR consultant, gave a speech relating to his study on competing with other industries for young talent, where he interviewed equipment rental companies. He then analysed the current situation in the European equipment rental industry and extracted best practices.

The five vidoes are availbale at http://erarental.org/en/publications/human-resources/era-hand-out-how-to-compete-with-other-industries-in-securing-talent-for-the-future , in which Walzer introduces the report, analyses the current situation and presents best practices on attracting and retaining talent and proposes some success factors.
