ERA celebrates first European Rental Week, gives dates for 2024 (Tuesday 17 Oct)
ERA has thanked all those who participated in the first European Rental Week, which came to a close on Sunday 15 October. Next year’s event will be on 14-20 October. To view videos posted by rental workers during the week, see here.

More associations sign up (Friday 6 October)
DLR, Verhurend Nederland, Anapat and Assodimi have become the latest associations to confirm their participation in European Rental Week. More details on their involvement can be found here.

Loxam to participate in European Rental Week (Friday 6 October)
France-based rental company Loxam has confirmed its participation in European Rental Week.

The company said it’s teams in each country will “be working to promote the attractiveness of the equipment rental sector through a range of publicity campaigns.” Read more here.

Associations announce participation (Monday 31 July)
The Scottish Plant Owners Association (SPOA) and Spanish rental association ASEAMAC are both taking part in European Rental Week, as first revealed in July. More details of their participation can be found here.

Interview: what will happen during European Rental Week? (Monday 24 July)
In an interview with IRN deputy editor Lewis Tyler, ERA’s senior communications manager Huw Longton looked at the key themes for European Rental Week and revealed how the event will promote the wider benefits of the industry.

A competition for rental emplyoyees is being held as part of European Rental Week.

The competition has been created to promote careers in the rental industry, with participants encouraged to post videos on social media about why they enjoy working in the industry. More information can be found here.

Website launched for event information (Tuesday 7 June)
In June the ERA launched a website which it said will serve as a hub for event information, including reasons to participate, themes and ideas for activities.
