Fifth Russian Rental Convention to take place in October

The Fifth Russian Rental Convention is scheduled to take place this year at the Moscow Hotel in St Petersburg on 24 October.

Organised by rental consultant and training organisation RusRental, with the Russian National Rental Association as the general partner, the event aims to give an overall perspective of the Russian rental market.

The agenda includes an overview of construction sites for the FIFA football World Cup in 2018, plus a look at new equipment and technologies for the rental industry.

Trends and forecasts will also be discussed, with several speakers already confirmed including Valeriy Klimenko, Fortrent regional managing director for new territories; Oleg Malakhovskiy, director of Rental Group; Vitali Iambla, construction analyst from PMR Research; and Nikita Krotkiy, president of RusRental.

Michel Petitjean, European Rental Association Secretary General, will also speak at the event.

RusRental said the expected number of participants was over 200, and like in previous years, many foreign guests were expected to attend. The visitor profile is owners and managers of leading Russian rental companies, equipment manufacturers, and construction investment companies.
