Bam Deutschland has acquired a contract for the construction of the 110m high WINX Riverside Tower in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

It plans to complete the office tower project for its client, developer DIC Group, in the autumn of 2017.

Bam Deutschland is the German operating company of Dutch-based Bam Group, specialising in general building projects.

The €350 million WINX Riverside Tower, at 63,600m2, has been designed by architects KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten in Frankfurt am Main.

The office tower will have 30 floors and one portal building with a gateway in the middle. This portal will contain seven above-ground floors. WINX will be situated by the river Main, in the centre of Frankfurt’s banking district.

The ground floor and part of the first floor will be a restaurant. The building complex includes three underground floors, which offer space for technical rooms, a TV studio, server rooms and more than 175 parking spaces.
