Genesis Attachments' scrap grapple debut

16 June 2010

Genesis Attachmentshas introduced a new full line of scrap grapples - four models make up the GSG series, with capacities ranging from 0.6 m3 (20.2 ft3) to 1.3 m3 (35.1 ft3). According to the company, the new grapples feature heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders that provide a powerful closing action allied to rapid cycle times, 360 degree rotation for material collection and placement, and high strength abrasion resistant construction that provides long service life and optimum durability.

According to Genesis' director of business development David Palvere: " The scrap grapple line is designed with the same focus on performance as our shears and, for that matter, every attachment that leaves here. We understand the demands that scrap recyclers place on their equipment and we've been meeting these demands for better than a decade now. We feel the GSG line will help recyclers in the best way possible: by quickly, efficiently and reliably getting material to a place where it can make them money."
