Genie extends UAE service

MH Al Mahroos Trading (Al Mahroos), the authorised Genie Distributor in the UAE, has now been appointed as authorised service provider (ASP).

Al Mahroos, Genie’s first authorised service provider in UAE. 

In addition to the sales of Genie products UAE-wide, operating from its facility in the Al Quoz Industrial Area of Dubai, with this new appointment Al Mahroos has become the first ASP focusing on customers in the Dubai region and Northern Emirates. The company’s new ASP responsibilities will be extended to other regions in the UAE in the months to come.

Strengthening the Genie service network in the UAE, “With its experience in Genie products and the local market, Al Mahroos has precisely the right profile to support Genie customers,” said Sharbel Kordahi, managing director of Terex Middle East. “Bringing more people with the right skills to support owners of Genie fleets in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Al Mahroos now provides the additional technically skilled hands to respond more rapidly and efficiently, with a level of service tailored to customers’ needs.”
