Goncharov promoted at 3PL Group

Ilya Goncharov has been promoted to head of industrial projects at 3P Logistics Group. The Scandinavian freight forwarding, logistics, heavy lift and services company headquartered in Denmark also has offices in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.

Goncharov is playing a leading critical role in the world of logistics, the company said, noting that Ilya Goncharov has successfully completed many significant projects in Europe. “You deserve it Ilya,” commented Paw Kristensen, 3PL Group chief executive officer.

Ilya Goncharov is a project logistics expert and leader with more than 12 years of experience and a unique world-class business approach, the company said.

In October 2024 Goncharov received an international award at “The Oscars” in project logistics. The winners’ celebration for the AXL 40 Under 40 took place in Antwerp, Belgium, during the international exhibition Antwerp XL.

“The judges were looking for the top forty breakbulk, project cargo and heavy lift professionals under the age of 40 from all over the world who, thanks to their excellence and commitment, are making a real difference to their organisation or to the wider industry.”

Goncharov joined 3PL Group in 2022, initially in Estonia, before moving to the HQ in Denmark.
