Newly-appointed access CEO, Andrew Kendrick, said that the new structure will enhance opportunities and improve group synergies. The company has recently relocated its two main offices to new premises in Midrand, between Pretoria and Johannesburg, ideally located for the Gauteng province, the economic hub of South Africa.

The new business will provide complete access and telehandler services including rentals, sales of new and used machines, parts distribution, training, servicing and repairs across South and Southern Africa.

Goscor Access Solutions chairman and industry veteran George Landsberg also announced the acquisition of Aerial Lift Rentals in Port Elizabeth, a deal that has been in the making for a long time. The company will be incorporated into Goscor Access Solutions as its Port Elizabeth branch with regional manager Brent Viljoen leading it as part of the Cape Region.

The previous two shareholders, Brian Paddey and Ronnie Buis are set to retire from the industry although Brian will still consult to the business for a period.
