UK based rental company GT Access has taken delivery of a new SD120T from Niftylift. The SD120T, which uses the same boom set as the Nifty 120T and Height Rider 12, offers 12.2 m of working height and a 6.1 m outreach. Hydraulic outriggers allow it to be levelled on uneven terrain and keep the overall weight to a minimum.

Jonathan Till of GT Access said, "I'd been asking Niftylift to build me the Height Rider 12 with outriggers for sometime as I knew I could find work for them. The SD120T can be used anywhere tracked access platforms can go, but has the advantage of being able to travel much faster and cause far less damage to delicate surfaces such as grass or tiled floors."

The machine weighs less than 2.5 t and has the option of Bi-Energy (battery and engine) power, Mr Till bought his first two SD120Ts within five minutes of seeing it for the first time.
