Hamm’s compaction showcase

04 February 2016

Manufacturer Hamm has presented two models from its HD CompactLine of compact tandem rollers at UK rental equipment exhibition the Executive Hire Show.

On sister company Wirtgen’s stand, the HD 10C VV and the HD 12 VV Hamm rollers are part of its 16-model line for the under 4.5 tonne weight category.

These oscillatory rollers are said to be better-suited to compaction tasks in urban locations as they produce a much lower level of vibrations compared to vibratory rollers. This minimises damage to buildings and pipework, according to the company.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Executive Hire Show, taking place on the 10th and 11th February at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, UK.
