Highsparks acquired by Uperio

Tower crane specialist Highsparks TCS Ltd from Scotland has been acquired by Uperio Group via its subsidiary Skyline Arcomet Ltd.

As a subsidiary of Skyline Arcomet Ltd, Highsparks will continue to operate in the UK in tower crane rental and distribution. It has new premises in Lanark, Scotland. Proposed developments include a new yard and additional sales and service people to support larger rental operations.

“Bringing more great people to the company is a great way to start 2020” said Darren Whitford, Skyline Arcomet managing director. “The company continues to grow, and it is important we bring in the right people as part of that process. We have worked with the team at Highsparks for some time now, and we know that they will continue to prosper within the Uperio Group”

Shane Crozier, founder and owner of Highsparks TCS, commented, “I am thrilled to be part of one of the largest tower crane service companies in the world and consolidate our position in the UK market. As part of the Uperio Group, we will have much stronger capabilities to satisfy our customers growing needs.” Crozier will remain managing director.
