Hilti completes acquisition of construction software company

Hilti has successfully completed the acquisition of construction software company 4PS group

Hilti has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of construction software company, 4PS group.

The acquisition of 4PS, which specialises in providing business process management software for the construction industry, is said to put Hilti in a strong position in “driving the digital transformation of the construction industry.”

By completing the business deal Hilti adds to its current software offering of asset management (ON!Track) and jobsite management (Fieldwire).

4PS was founded in 2000 in the Netherlands and also operates in the UK, Belgium and Germany. The software solutions of 4PS have more than 70,000 daily users in the building construction, civil engineering and installation sectors.

Hilti has said that it will retain all 4PS team members, including its management, and the company will continue to operate under its existing brand.
