Each year the kilns are shut down for inspection to ensure they are operating efficiently and are meeting environmental standards. Since this needs to be done quickly and without interruption, Mario Ossner, Sales Representative HKL Center Essenbach/Altheim, recommended the Nissen balloons because they are easy to assemble and move around.

The ballons are manufactured by Airstar in France and supplied to HKL by German distributor Nissen.

Ossner said, “Time is money. Therefore, in addition to fast service, we offer many products that are quick and easy to use in practice. For some years now, Ziegelwerke Leipfinger Bader has put their trust in us and the lighting systems in our rental fleet – all their requirements are met.”

Stefan Schmid, Workshop Manager at Leipfinger-Bader, said, “Speed is the key to keeping production stops as short as possible. HKL provides us with the light balloons, a powerful lighting system that can be used at lightning speed.”
