Sweden's HTC has introduced a new dust extractor to its range of floor cleaning products.

The HTC 80 iD is designed for use with the manufacturer's high capacity floor grinders, such as the HTC 950, 800 and 650 models. The unit is equipped with a pre-separator that removes up to 95% of the dust.

According to HTC, the new dust extractor is 15% more efficient than other traditional dust extraction products.

The HTC 80 iD comes with a bypass valve to facilitate continuous operation. The unit also comes with a double Longopac flexible bagging system. A remote control provides operators with the option to turn it on or off from a distance, while lockable wheels make it easy to transport and manoeuvre.

A 3.5 m² main filter area gives a continuous high flow over time and longer cycles between filter cleaning. The HTC 80 iD weighs 260 kg with a motor output of 7.5 kW.
