Adjusted 2015 net revenues grew 6% year-on-year to SEK3.94 billion (€419 million) in outdoor power tool manufacturer Husqvarna’s construction division.

However, adjusted full-year operating income dropped 2% compared to 2014 to SEK395 million (€42 million). The company said construction operating income would have risen 31% year-on-year were it not for higher costs thanks to investments in the sales and service structure.

Husqvarna said its construction division had seen growth in North America and Europe, albeit at a slower pace in the latter with mixed development between different countries. It added that sales related to Latin America and Asia/Pacific recovered somewhat towards the end of the year.
