In Memoriam: Greg Johnson, 1966 to 2022

Greg Johnson passed away on June 12, 2022.

Greg Ray Johnson, assistant vice president of Commercial Credit, passed away on June 12, 2022. 

Born May 11, 1966, to Ray and LaNelle Johnson in Midland Texas, he graduated from Westfield High School and The University of Texas at Austin. He was an employee of Commercial Credit Group for 16 years earning top sales representative awards regularly.

Greg was a diehard Longhorn fan and loved all sports, especially college football. He could recall play by play of any game ever aired on national television, including the score, plays, dates the games were played and names of the athletes.

Greg was a loving dad, husband, brother, friend and favorite Uncle.

Greg had unconditional love for his family, and he was a loving dad, husband, brother, friend and uncle. His daughters were the joy of his life.

He is survived by his wife, Katie, daughters, Leah and Lauren, sister, Denise Johnson, and a cadre of family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 17th at 6 p.m. at Cypress Creek Christian Church in Spring, TX.
