Increased costs lead to Cummins price rise

Cummins Power Generation has announced a 3% general price increase effective on 1 January, 2012.

The increase applies to the company's diesel- and gas-fueled generator sets, automatic transfer switches and other products.

US-based Cummins Power Generation said the price changes are in response to global market conditions, significant increases in fuel costs and changes in foreign exchange rates.
