IPS appoints Ashby as senior accounts manager

IPS, a UK based International supplier of replacement parts and after-sales services has appointed Matthew Ashby as senior account manager for its UK parts division.

Mr Ashby joined IPS from Genie Europe, bringing with him four years experience in the MEWP (mobile elevated work platform) replacement parts market. In his new position Mr Ashby will be responsible for managing all major accounts, in particular rental company customers, and developing further relationships within the UK access market.

IPS's UK parts manager, Sander Mellaard, said, "Matthew's background and experience within the industry will prove invaluable, affording him an effortless move into his new role. The appointment will further strengthen our parts team, offering an improved support network and higher level of service to our customers".

With its Head Office in Telford, Shropshire, IPS has been established since 2001 and operates from offices/subsidiaries in the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Spain and South Africa. The company source and stock all major OEM parts which are sold on an international level.
