In March this year, Canadian customer Kieswetter Excavating took delivery of a Tesab 623CT mobile impact crusher to replace a similar model it has been operating for 18 years in operations including road granular production and concrete recycling, during which, the machine has clocked up more than 15,000 running hours. The old machine was sold to another company operating in the Cambridge, Ontario, area where it is still operating.

The delivery was a milestone for Tesab, since the new machine it handed over via Canadian dealer Tesab Ontario was the 1,000th mobile impact crusher it had produced. The Tesab 623CT is a compact, mobile, secondary crusher with the well proven 623 impact crusher at its heart. Due to the unique design of the crusher, an exceptionally good cubical shape and high reduction rate can be easily achieved, says Tesab. It features a 205 kW (275 hp) Caterpillar C9 diesel and a heavy duty impact crusher unit with 1. 1 m (3.6 ft) diameter rotor and extra crushing and shaping path.

It is suited for both secondary and tertiary applications and can work standalone or integrated into existing crushing and screening operations.
