Last week for European Rental Awards entries!

Companies have until this Friday to submit entries for this year's European Rental Awards. The deadline is Friday 18 February.

The winners will be announced on 8 June in Amsterdam during the International Rental Exhibition (IRE) and the European Rental Association annual convention.

Companies will be able to enter the eight award categories listed below, and in addition there will be a ‘Lifetime Achievement' award decided by the judging panel.

• Large Rental Company of the Year (turnover over €15 million)

• Small Rental Company of the Year (turnover less than €15 million)

• Product of the Year

• Manufacturer of the Year

• Rental Promotional Campaign of the Year

• Rental Safety Award

• Rental Information Technology Award

• Rental Person of the Year

The awards are being organised jointly by International Rental News (IRN) and the ERA.

The judging panel for the 2011 European Rental Awards comprises the following five people:

Gérard Déprez, CEO, Loxam

Hendrik Jan Molenaar, CEO, Workx Materieelverhuur B.V.

Vesa Koivula, CEO, Cramo

Murray Pollok, Editor, International Rental News (IRN)

The awards ceremony will be held at Okura Hotel, close to the RAI Exhibition Center where the ERA Convention and IRE exhibition are being held.
