United States-based Dust Control Technology (DCT) has named Laura Stiverson as its new president

Her primary responsibilities will continue to be new product engineering, business development and customer service.

Laura, was described by CEO Edwin Peterson as “uniquely qualified in experience and temperament to lead the firm in exploring new markets, services and equipment designs.” She had previously been general manager for five years.

Products in which Laura has been cited as instrumental include the OdorBoss family of machines and the new Fusion equipment design.

“Laura has been taking us in new directions for some time,” said Edwin Peterson.

“We felt it was appropriate that her energy and passion be formally recognised.”

Incorporated in 2004, DCT has become a leading supplier of open-area dust suppression equipment, and developer of atomised mist technologies.
